The Higher Ground Project offers transformative spaces for people ready to grow, together. We have several community circles each tailored to a particular form of disconnection. See current circles below. There are more to come! 1) Reclaiming the Self Personal reclamation, breaking cycles of self-abandonment through: * Unlearning the protective habits that keep you disconnected * Rewiring how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you * Building the muscle to show up in alignment with your values 2) Sisterhood Reimagined Building authentic, supportive friendships among women by addressing trust, competition, self-worth, and toxic friendship patterns. 3) Raising Whole Humans Equipping young people with the tools to think critically, feel deeply, and act with integrity and compassion.
