The Higher Ground Project is a management consulting practice and social impact initiative.

Through organizational change strategies, trainings and community programs, we help partners strengthen workplace systems and culture, reduce disconnection, and cultivate healthier communities and organizations. Our work is rooted in advancing human connection and relational wellbeing by supporting leaders in developing better systems and the relational capacity to work, lead, and relate to one another with greater care and humanity.

By bridging social and organizational psychology with community practice, Higher Ground makes relational health and community wellness accessible in both personal and organizational contexts.
