Program Launch!
We’re thrilled to officially launch Sisterhood Reimagined, our flagship community program to address disconnection between women. This healing-centered space addresses trust, competition, self-worth, and toxic friendship patterns, helping participants repair “sister wounds” and cultivate healthier and more supportive connection between women.
We’ve already welcomed 150+ women across platforms and landed our first sponsors for our community meetups, supporting the program’s growth and reach.

Evaluated and redesigned the foundation’s Luce Scholars Application lifecycle to increase equity, accessibility, and effectiveness
Facilitated staff trainings on implicit bias in application review and equity-centered decision-making

Eskolta School Research & Design
Secured $10M in public funding as lead strategist for California’s Statewide Community Engagement Initiative, strengthening district and community capacity to build trust, engage in difficult conversations, and improve school climate and student outcomes statewide.
